MAJOK, LLC - General Philosophy of Coaching

Life Coaching builds a bridge between where you are and where you want to be. It honors you as the expert in your life. Some of the coach’s responsibilities are to:

  • Motivate you to discover and clarify what you want to achieve in life by asking a lot of questions to uncover your dreams and strengths.
  • Awaken your resourcefulness and creativity to create your best life by getting rid of the shoulds and musts and replace them with personal choice.
  • Joggle you to be responsible and accountable for your goals by coming up with reasons why you can, when you come up with reasons why you cannot.
  • Optimize your chosen strategies to achieve your goals by helping you plan and take action.
  • Kindle your courage to create a self-fulfilling life of your design by reminding you of just how capable you are.

In each meeting, you choose the focus of the conversation and the coach listens and contributes observations and questions, creating clarity and moving you toward action. A primary goal of coaching is to accelerate your progress by providing greater focus and awareness of choice. Results are a by-product of your intentions, choices and actions, supported by the coaching process. Through the coaching process, you will deepen your learning, improve your performance and enhance your quality of life.
